By visiting or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to the website only; any client work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement.

2. Who We Are

This website is owned and operated by The Media Tribe LLC (“The Media Tribe,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a creative and marketing agency. The site exists to show our work, explain what we do, and give you a way to get in touch. There are no user accounts, purchases, or subscriptions on this site.

3. Intellectual Property

Everything on this site, including the design, text, images, video, logos, brand marks, and portfolio work, is owned by The Media Tribe LLC or, where noted, by our clients, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may browse the site and share links to it, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or reuse any of its content without our prior written permission.

4. Acceptable Use

Use the site normally and lawfully. Do not scrape or bulk-download its content, attempt to hack, probe, or disrupt the site or the services behind it, introduce malicious code, misrepresent your identity, or use the site to infringe anyone’s rights.

5. Contact Form Submissions

The site’s one interactive feature is a contact / book-a-call form that asks for your name, email, company, project type, budget, and message. We use what you submit to respond to your inquiry and talk about working together, nothing else. How we handle that information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the form. Submitting an idea or inquiry does not create a client relationship or any obligation of confidentiality on our part.

6. Portfolio, Testimonials & Third-Party Marks

Client names, logos, testimonials, and project work shown on this site are used with permission or as examples of work we performed. Any other third-party brand names or marks that appear are referenced for identification only and do not imply endorsement of us by those brands, or of those brands by us.

7. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Results described in our case studies and testimonials are the specific outcomes of specific clients; they are not a promise or guarantee of what we can achieve for you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Media Tribe LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) this website. If we are found liable for anything connected to the site despite the above, our total liability is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
