2. Information We Collect

When you submit our contact / “book a call” form, we collect: your name, email address, company (optional), the type of project you are interested in, your estimated budget (optional), and your message. This is the only personal information the site actively collects. Like most websites, our hosting and content providers also receive standard technical data (such as your IP address) when the site loads, as described in sections 4 and 8.

3. How We Use Your Information and Our Legal Basis

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry and to discuss a possible engagement with you. Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and/or taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Articles 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)).

4. Who We Share Your Information With

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and handle enquiries: HubSpot (our CRM, where enquiry details are stored), Resend (which delivers form submissions to us by email), and Vercel (which hosts the website). In addition, when the site loads in your browser, Fontshare (our font provider) and Sanity’s CDN (which serves our images) receive your IP address as part of delivering those assets. We may also disclose information where required by law.

5. International Transfers

The providers listed above are based in the United States, so if you contact us from the EU, UK, or elsewhere, your information will be transferred to the US. These transfers rely on the providers’ Standard Contractual Clauses and/or their certifications under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Data Storage, Security, and Retention

Your information is stored securely within the third-party services described above, which maintain security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. We keep enquiry information for the duration of our discussions with you and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case we retain it for the duration of our relationship and as required for legal and accounting purposes.

7. Your Rights

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you have the right to access your personal information, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) in the UK, or your local data protection authority in the EU.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use marketing pixels on our website to track user interactions and improve our marketing efforts. These pixels may collect information about your browsing activity on our site.

Where such pixels or analytics are used, they are set with your consent, and you can manage or withdraw that consent at any time. A cookie / consent banner governs any non-essential tracking on the site.
